Inspired by workwear mechanics’ jackets from the 1950s-60s, the Work Jacket features a tailored silhouette that allows for movement, with a longer body that falls well below the belt line for modern-styled grit. A new fabric within the Iron Heart collection, this broken twill denim is a non-directional weave, achieved with vintage shuttle looming, that creates a zig-zag pattern and offers greater flexibility and give. Produced with the signature dual twisted weft yarn method to add structure and a slub texture, this 14 oz. Selvedge Denim yields a unique, dutifully crafted heritage-style piece. Featuring a rope-dyed indigo warp and a natural-colored weft denim, this garment is given an overdye treatment with black sulfur.
